Request data deletion, review, or QuickBooks disconnection.
Clients may request review, deletion, or disconnection of data where legally and operationally permitted.
How to request deletion or disconnection
Email support@firstledgeraccounting.com with your business name, contact name, email address, and the request type. You may request deletion of uploaded documents, closure of intake records, disconnection of QuickBooks access, or review of stored bookkeeping data.
Important limitations
Some records may need to be retained for audit trails, legal obligations, service documentation, dispute resolution, accounting records, security logs, or compliance reasons. We will review each request and respond with the action taken or the reason records cannot be deleted immediately.
